You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are included. Refunds are not available for items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as BirchTor is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges
